We stayed in a beautiful hotel - Pachtuv Palace, located in the heart of historic Prague on the Vltava River.  What a beautiful place!  It was so much fun watching and listening to Dick ooh and ahh as he walked around the suite.
The palace was the former residence of Earl Karel Pachta and is formed by two different palaces - one baroque style built around an 18th century courtyard, and the other, classical with apartments overlooking the river and Prague's Castle.  The residence is closely linked with the most famous names of music - Mozart and Wagner who both stayed there.  In 2004, the palace was renovated from a residential building to a luxury serviced residence.

Old Jewish Town
Lower clock is Jewish and hands go counter clockwise.
Many cobblestone walkways, though beautiful, caused us several nights of aching feet and knees.
No matter where we travel, we always seem to find a wonderful Italian restaurant.  This one was right next to our hotel; so we ate there twice!
